At BGS Luxury Watches, our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is paramount. Each timepiece is crafted in 18K or 14K gold with exceptional care and attention to detail. To maintain our standards of exclusivity and authenticity, we follow the policy below for cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation


Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production or shipping has not yet begun.


Once a watch enters the manufacturing, customization, or dispatch phase, the order cannot be canceled.


To request cancellation, please contact our support team at mail@bgswatch.com with your order details.


Approved cancellations will be confirmed via email and refunded as per the refund process below.

2. Refund Eligibility


Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:


The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not as per order description).


The watch received fails to meet the 18K or 14K gold guarantee as mentioned in the product details.


The product has a verified manufacturing defect confirmed by our technical team.

3. Non-Refundable Items


Custom-made, engraved, or specially personalized watches are non-refundable.


 variations in color, weight, or texture due to natural gold and gemstone characteristics are not eligible for refund.


Damage caused by mishandling, impact, or unauthorized repair voids refund eligibility.

4. Refund Process


Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


For purchases made via credit/debit card or UPI, the timeline may vary based on your bank’s processing policy.


Customers will receive confirmation via email once the refund is initiated.

5. Return Shipping


All returned items must be sent back in unused condition, with original packaging, authenticity certificates, and tags intact.


Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong product).

6. Exchange Option


Instead of refund, customers may request an exchange for another model of equal or higher value (subject to availability).


Price differences for higher-value exchanges must be settled before dispatch.
